Initiating a Return

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product model, date of delivery, and reason for return.

  3. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3 business days 


Timeframes for Returns and Refunds

  • Return Request: Must be received within 14 days of the delivery date 

  • Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect your returned doors, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days


Fees and Costs

  • Return Shipping (Non‑Defective): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrongly shipped

  • Return Shipping (Defective/Wrong Item): IslamDoor covers the shipping cost for returns of defective or incorrectly shipped doors 

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies on the refunded amount for all non‑defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking


Product Requirements

  • Original Packaging: Doors must be returned in their original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective films

  • Unused & Undamaged: Products must show no signs of installation, wear, or damage beyond manufacturing defects 


Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Returns are inspected upon arrival at our Khulna facility.

  2. Approval: If the product meets our return criteria, we approve the refund.

  3. Refund Issuance: Funds are credited to the original payment method within 14 days of inspection approval 

  4. Notification: We notify you by email once the refund has been processed.


Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom/Bespoke Doors: Any door made to custom specifications or bespoke designs is final sale and not eligible for return, except if it arrives defective or incorrect 

  • Damaged by Customer: Doors damaged due to improper handling, installation, or modification by the customer are not eligible for refund.
