5. Product Descriptions & Pricing

  1. We strive to display accurate Products, descriptions, images, and prices. However, slight variations may occur due to wood grain differences or screen settings

  2. Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated

6. Ordering & Payment

  1. To place an Order, you must provide complete and accurate identity, billing, and shipping information

  2. Payment is due at time of Order via the methods we make available (e.g., bank transfer, mobile financial service). By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge the full amount

7. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We ship across Bangladesh and arrange free home delivery for most orders within 7–14 business days, subject to stock and geographic location

  2. Delivery dates are estimates. Delays due to transport issues, weather, or strikes do not entitle you to cancel without our consent

8. Returns & Refunds

  1. If Products arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund

  2. Custom-sized or custom-designed doors are non‑returnable unless there is a defect. Standard doors may be returned at your cost, subject to a restocking fee

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—text, images, logos, trademarks, and designs—are owned or licensed by IslamDoor. You may not use any materials without our prior written consent 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IslamDoor’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IslamDoor and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website 

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Khulna, Bangladesh 

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
